Guilderland - FC Dutchmen Surf Youth Recreation
The Fall Rec season will include 7 games, played on Saturdays, starting the week of September 7. There will be no rain or make-up days. Teams will be offered to players in kindergarten through 6th grade.
New this year is the Little Surfers program for kids 3 and 4 year olds. Little Surfers is an 8 week program. There will be a fall session, 2 winter sessions, and a spring session offered. Each Little Surfer will receive a t-shirt with their registration. Separate registration required.
REGISTRATION IS BASED ON THE GRADE ENTERING SEPTEMBER 2026
The Fall season will begin with practices on September 8th and will end on October 24th. Due to Labor Day being late this year we will need to play games on Columbus Day weekend. The October 24th playdate will include regular games for k through 2nd grade and a season ending tournament for 3rd through 6th grade. Games will begin on SATURDAY September 12, 2026.
Cost: $125 from now until 8 PM on 8/16 (no price increase from last year)
Included in the cost is a Nike Dri-Fit jersey
$10 late fee added on 8/16 at 8 PM
Registration closes on 8/23 at 8 PM
NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER 8PM on 8/23, NO EXCEPTIONS
Parents who coach a team will be given a $25 refund and the opportunity to request one additional player for their team; No other buddy requests will be accepted
ALL PLAYERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BALL TO EACH PRACTICE
Full refunds will only be given for medical reasons prior to the start of the season. All other refunds are subject to a $35 admin fee and are prorated based on when the refund is requested.

All practices are from 5:15-6:15 PM at DiCaprio Park.
Kindergarten and 2nd grade practice on the following Mondays (Tuesday on Holiday Weeks):
9/8, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/13, 10/19
1st and 5th/6th practice on the following Wednesdays:
9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21
3rd/4th practice on the following Fridays:
9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23
Game days (start time either 9 or 10:15 AM)
9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24
